We recently moved in to our new home built by Halcyon homes. We had an amazing experience right from the start until completion. They are very responsive, communicate well, play close attention to detail and are just over all professionals. We highly recommend Halcyon and would definitely choose them again to build us a home but honestly don't think we'll ever move again as we love our house so much!!! Our experience with Halcyon Homes was beyond what my husband and I expected, from start to finish this was by far the easiest and most satisfying experience. As new parents building our first family home was an experience we could not wait for, Halcyon guided us the whole way, from designing our home, to the endless top quality selections. We were very surprised at Halcyons standards, there were not many areas that we felt we needed to upgrade as the standards were more than up to ours. There is an App that was provided called Buildertrend and it allowed us to follow along as they built our home, with updated pictures showing us the process and current stages that the project is in. I 100% would recommend first time home buyers looking to build their first home, as I know this process can be scary, Halcyon made it super easy and fun. Thanks to the whole Halcyon team! You guys are absolutely amazing!!

We wanted a certain vision for our home and we were beyond pleased with the final build. Everything was so personalized, detailed and went far beyond our expectations. The finishes included are better than any builder we have met thus far. We felt like not only we gained a home, but we also gained friendships. Our family has gone through very difficult times since 2020. I was lead to move from our previous family home to embark on the process of building a new home in Talbotville.
